There is no need to complete the advertisement in one go, the information will be saved to the stage which you have reached automatically. Although the advertisement process is quick this option could be useful in certain circumstances.

Adding your property in 5 easy steps

ü        Register.  If you are already a member enter your login details (click here), otherwise please complete our registration form below. From this you will receive an email (please check your bulk/spam file), on this email there is an activation link, click this to enable you to select a package. Take note of your login details as these will enable you to refine or edit your advert at a later stage or time.

ü       Package. Choose the hot package for you and if you wish, add the virtual tour to stimulate maximum interest.  Select your payment method, If you are paying by cheque you can now ‘contact us’ and post your payment to us, where upon receipt and clearance we will activate your advert for creating. Card payments are taken to a secure payment area where we accept all major credit and debit cards.Then login with your email address and password to be taken into the members area. Each advert generates a unique property identification reference number allowing buyers and tenants to specifically search for your property.

ü       Details. To begin your advertisement click 'create,edit', this will enable you to enter your property details. At the top of the description box, produce a clear and concise portrayal with all the key features of your property. We will upload this section to other property portal sites visited by millions, if selected.  In the following section you may enter a full description of your property. You have the option whether or not to publish your telephone number, and are automatically given an anti spam email account.

ü       Photos. Next upload your photographs. Click browse, you will be taken to my pictures, select each image one by one in each browse box and you do not have to worry about their sizes, we automatically re-size them to fit.

ü        Complete. You are nearly at the end! Click update details and once you receive the confirmation that your property has been registered you will return to the members area. Your advert will be released and go onto our home page after validation. The lastest four properties to be activated are featured on the home page as ‘hot properties’. Therefore, the earlier you activate your advert, the earlier you go onto our home page to become a ‘hot property’! Should you need to refine or edit your advert at a later stage, simply visit the members area via 'my account' and manage your advert 24/7 online. From here you can also view how many visits you have had, and add notifications of specific property types as they are listed if you are also searching for a property.
